Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DRD.io platform (“Service”), operated by Digital Rights Defender Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DRD.io is a digital rights governance, enforcement, and trust platform. The Service provides AI agent governance, content protection, reputation monitoring, trust certification, and related tools via a web dashboard, REST API, and SDK.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to file fraudulent claims or takedown requests
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access

5. API and SDK Usage

Access to the DRD API and @drd/sdk is subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined by your plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The DRD brand, logo, and “PROTECTED BY DRD” badges are trademarks of Digital Rights Defender Inc.

7. Trust Badges and Certification

“PROTECTED BY DRD” trust badges are issued based on agent compliance and reputation scores. Badges may be revoked if an agent fails to maintain compliance standards. Misrepresenting badge status is a violation of these terms.

8. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Digital Rights Defender Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
